1. Status of Magic Pay

1.1 Magic Pay is a service operated by NAJAH GROUP L.L.C-FZ (a limited liability company, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE; license No. 2531364.01), address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. Magic Pay provides a software service that gives you access to payment cards.

1.2 Magic Pay is not a bank, a credit institution, an electronic-money issuer or an investment firm, and does not provide banking services.

2. Card issuer

2.1 Payment cards are issued by our licensed issuing partner in accordance with the rules of the card scheme. Issuing partner: Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore; card scheme: Visa. Regulator and license details of the issuing partner: To be confirmed before launch.

2.2 Your relationship in respect of the card is governed by the Cardholder Agreement.

3. Card balances

3.1 Funds credited to the card balance are not a bank deposit. They are not covered by any deposit insurance scheme of any country.

3.2 The record of your balance is maintained jointly by the issuing partner and the operator; in the event of a discrepancy, the issuing partner’s records prevail.

4. Identity verification

4.1 Identity verification is carried out by Sumsub. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Digital assets

5.1 Digital assets, including USDT, are not legal tender and are not issued by any government. Using them involves risks described in the Risk Disclosure.
