Top up with USDT
Send USDT from any wallet or exchange. No bank account, no card-to-card transfers.
Your card is topped up directly with cryptocurrency. Send USDT to the address shown in the app, and once the network confirms the transfer, the amount is credited to your card balance in US dollars.
Before you send: six rules
- A new address for every top-upEach top-up you start in the app gets its own top-up address. Addresses from earlier top-ups aren’t monitored: funds sent to an old address aren’t credited and usually can’t be recovered. Never save an address “for next time” and never send to an address from your wallet history.
- Only the address the app shows you right nowOpen the app, start a new top-up and copy the address or scan the QR code from that screen. Magic Pay never sends top-up addresses by message, email or chat. An address that arrived any other way is a scam.
- Only the network you selectedIf you chose TRC20 in the app, send on the Tron network; if BEP20, on BNB Smart Chain. USDT sent to this address on ERC20, Polygon, Solana, TON or any other network won’t arrive and can’t be returned.
- Only USDTThe address accepts USDT only. USDC, TRX, BNB, BTC, ETH or any other token sent to it will be lost.
- Check the amountThe minimum is 25 USDT per transfer; a smaller transfer is credited, but with a $5 processing fee. Exchanges deduct their own withdrawal fee, so send enough for the amount that arrives to stay above the minimum. A 3.5% fee is deducted when the top-up is credited: send 100 USDT and $96.50 lands on your card.
- Compare the address, then waitBefore confirming, compare the first and last four characters of the pasted address with the app. Malware can replace an address in your clipboard. After sending, wait for 20 network confirmations (usually a few minutes). Don’t send a second transfer “just in case”: if the first is confirmed on-chain but not credited, contact support in the app with the transaction hash.
If you’ve already made a mistake
Contact support in the app straight away and include the transaction hash, the network and the amount. We’ll check what can be done, but please understand: funds sent to an old address, on another network or in another token are usually beyond anyone’s reach. That’s how blockchains work, not a Magic Pay policy.
What we accept
| Asset | Network | Minimum | Credited after |

How it works
- Tap “Top up” in the appChoose the network you’ll send from: TRC20 or BEP20.
- Copy the address or scan the QR codeA new top-up address is generated for every top-up. Always use the address from your current top-up. Never reuse an old one.
- Send USDT from your wallet or exchangeMake sure the network in your wallet matches the one you selected in the app.
- Wait for confirmationsAfter 20 network confirmations, the amount is credited to your card balance in USD at 1 USDT = 1 USD, minus the top-up fee.
Top-up fees
- Magic Pay top-up fee: 3.5% of the amount, deducted when the top-up is credited.
- Network fee (gas) is paid by the sender. Your wallet or exchange charges it, not Magic Pay.
- Minimum top-up: 25 USDT per transfer. A smaller transfer is credited with a $5 processing fee.
- The address is valid for 1 hour after the request is created. If you miss it, create a new request and use the new address.

Your balance
Your balance is held in US dollars (or Hong Kong dollars, if you choose an HKD card). When you pay in another currency, the amount is converted at the Visa card scheme rate on the processing date with no Magic Pay markup; the final amount is shown in the app before you confirm.
