DRAFT — for legal review, not yet approved by counselUpdated: 3 min read

Effective date: 13 September 2026 (draft)

1. Who we are

Magic Pay (“Magic Pay”, “we”, “us”) is a service operated by NAJAH GROUP L.L.C-FZ (Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE; license No. 2531364.01). Magic Pay provides a crypto-funded payment card product. Magic Pay is not a bank and does not hold a banking license. Card issuance, transaction processing and identity verification are provided through licensed third-party partners; Magic Pay operates within those partners’ licensing and compliance programs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and able to form a binding contract to use Magic Pay. We may restrict availability by country or region at our discretion, including where required by law or by our partners.

3. Verification (KYC)

Before you can top up, spend or withdraw, you must complete identity verification through our identity verification partner. We may decline, suspend or terminate your access if verification cannot be completed or fails ongoing compliance checks.

4. The service

Magic Pay lets you fund a card balance from supported crypto assets and spend that balance via a virtual or physical card, including through Apple Pay and Google Pay where accepted. Supported assets, networks, limits and fees are shown in the app and may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes where required by law.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account and device secure, and for complying with applicable law, including tax obligations related to your use of crypto assets. You may not use Magic Pay for illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion.

6. Fees

Applicable fees (top-up, card issuance, monthly service, withdrawal and similar) are disclosed in the app before you incur them and are set out in the Fee Schedule. We may change fees prospectively with notice.

7. Suspension and termination

We (or our partners) may suspend or close your account if required by law, by a partner’s compliance program, or in cases of suspected fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will tell you why and how any remaining balance can be recovered.

8. No banking guarantee

Card balances are not bank deposits and are not covered by deposit insurance. Value is derived from the crypto assets you convert; conversion rates and crypto market risk are yours to bear.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Pay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of independent licensed partners performing issuance, processing or verification services.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a material update, following reasonable notice, constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes not settled by negotiation within 30 days of a written claim are referred to the courts of Singapore, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

12. Contact

Requests and claims are accepted at legal@magic.website and through the Support button in the app; for service questions, write to support@magic.website. Postal address of the operator: NAJAH GROUP L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.
