Referral Program Rules

How referral rewards are earned and paid, and what is not allowed.

1. General terms

1.1 The Magic Pay referral program allows you to receive rewards for users you invite. You take part by sharing your personal referral link from the app.

1.2 The program has two levels: level 1 is users you invite directly; level 2 is users invited by your level-1 referrals.

1.3 Magic Pay may change or end the program with prior notice on the website. The notice period is at least 30 days. Rewards already credited are retained.

1.4 These Rules form part of the Terms of Use.

2. Who can participate

2.1 Verified users with an active card can participate as referrers.

2.2 An invited user must be new to Magic Pay (not previously registered), must sign up via your link, complete identity verification and make a first top-up.

3. Rewards

3.1 The ongoing reward is calculated on payment transactions only. Top-ups, ATM withdrawals, refunds and declined transactions are excluded.

3.2 Rewards are paid in USD to your card balance. The accrual schedule is shown in the app.

3.3 The ongoing reward is paid for 12 months from the referred user’s first top-up; the current value is shown in the app.

3.4 Any additional offers for invited users are announced in the app.

4. What is prohibited

4.1 The following is prohibited:

  • registering your own additional accounts via your link (self-referrals);
  • mass mailings, spam, and placing the link in a context that misrepresents the product’s terms;
  • paid advertising using the Magic Pay brand without our written consent;
  • promising returns or “guaranteed earnings”.

4.2 A breach results in cancellation of rewards and exclusion from the program. Magic Pay may also apply the measures provided for in the Terms of Use.

5. Taxes

5.1 Referral rewards may be treated as income. You are responsible for declaring them and paying any applicable taxes. Magic Pay does not provide tax advice.
