Fee Schedule

Every Magic Pay fee and limit in one binding document: cards, top-ups, transactions and limits.

1. General provisions

1.1 This Fee Schedule forms an integral part of the Terms of Use and the Cardholder Agreement. It applies to every Magic Pay account and every card issued under it.

1.2 All amounts are stated in US dollars (USD) unless indicated otherwise. Fees are charged to the card balance at the moment the service is provided or the transaction is processed.

1.3 Changes to this Fee Schedule are published on the website at least 30 days before they take effect.

Items marked “to be confirmed” are still being agreed with our licensed issuing partner and the card scheme. They will be published before public launch. Where a fee applies to a specific transaction, the exact amount is shown in the app before you confirm.

2. Card issuance and servicing

3. Top-up and withdrawal

5. Limits

5.1 The issuing partner and the card scheme may apply additional limits and restrictions, including by merchant category (see section 6). The limits that apply to your account are shown in the app.

6. Blocked transaction categories

6.1 Transactions in the following merchant categories (MCC) are declined:

  • gambling and lotteries;
  • purchase of cryptocurrency and other digital assets;
  • cash advances at merchant tills and quasi-cash transactions;
  • adult goods and services.

6.2 The issuing partner may extend this list without prior notice where required by the rules of the card scheme or by applicable law. The current list is shown in the app.
